Approach to wine

609/5000 With this path we want to teach people to better understand the general, viticultural and oenological phases that lead to the finished wine. A first theoretical session will be held in preparation for the tasting session. The participant will first of all understand what his or her own characteristics and perceptions are before the final settlement that will lead to the conclusion of the course.
